Job Summary: The Claims Operations Admin will handle the entire range of administrative tasks in the Claims Department which include the overseeing of the collection of all approved claim hardcopy for filling as well as submission to insurer for reimbursement within stipulated timeframe. :
Provide administrative support in all areas of claims
Responsible to collect and upkeep the filing records of the approved claims documents by the Claims Team
Assist in submitting the admission claims to the insurance providers upon receiving of the documents from panels/claimant
Monitor claim submission and payment status from the insurer and initiate the recovery process should there be a shortage in payment from the insurer due to any error
Issuance of Payment Instructions for all approved claims to panels and employees
Making necessary refund arrangements to a claimant if there is any excess payment from insure
Provide end to end support in all areas of insurance members enrolment and movement
Making outbound calls to panels for claims submission pertaining to expired GL\xe2\x80\x99s and attend to all medical queries raised
Process outpatient claim reimbursement
Attend to queries via live chat / phone
Job Requirement:
Possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
Meticulous and high attention to detail
Possess a high level of planning and organization skills
Possess good time management and communication skills
Able to work in a team
Able to converse, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently
