Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and end to end P&C claims process function.
Your Day-to-Day
Expenses Claim Management
Ensure that all claims are assessed and processed fairly and within the predetermined turnaround time.
Analyze and validate the expenses reported by employees in their claims to ensure no policy violations.
Support claim investigation, if required.
Ensure all claims processes, approvals, and rejections are in compliance with the relevant policies, rules, and regulations. Understanding and application of both regional and country-specific policies is fundamental to this role to ensure no violations.
Escalate claims that are inaccurate, suspicious, or non-compliance with the Company\'s policies promptly.
Support and respond to queries correctly and in a timely manner.
Conduct periodical audit assessment and reporting on claims processing and governance to ensure continuous compliance and improvements in the processes.
Document and maintain claims records.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with local services and COEs.
Coordinate troubleshooting, decision making, identification and communication of potential issues with the system.
You-Know-How
Ability to converse and communicate in English both written and spoken
Comprehensive and working knowledge of HRMS systems and proficient in Google Office, especially in Google Sheet.
Strong in data management & HR processes are added advantage
Intermediate Google Office/Microsoft Office skills
Well-organized, meticulous, and detailed oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
