Class Teacher Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a homeroom class. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure growth. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with assistant teachers to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

Passion for early childhood education and commitment to student development. Loves working with children and families. Certificate, diploma, bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
