Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in co-living spaces, ensuring a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize common areas (lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, stairways, hallways) daily. Prepare and reset vacant rooms for new residents. Disinfect high-touch surfaces and shared facilities regularly. Collect, sort, and dispose of garbage and recycling on schedule. Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and air fresheners. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow cleaning schedules and checklists. Ensure cleaning tools and supplies are used, maintained, and stored properly. Respect residents' privacy and belongings at all times. Support deep-cleaning projects and move-in/move-out turnovers when required.

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality, co-living, or residential settings. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures. Good time management and ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting). Professional, respectful, and friendly attitude. Willingness to work weekends or during peak move-in/move-out periods.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with eco-friendly/green cleaning practices. Ability to communicate in basic English or Malay. Experience in co-living, hostel, or hotel environments is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
