Supervise and lead the cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness at assigned sites in
Kulim and Batu Kawan.
Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor staff performance.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
Manage cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and ensure proper usage.
Prepare simple reports on cleaning activities, staff attendance, and issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cleaning operations (supervisory experience preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
Familiar with Kulim and Batu Kawan areas.
