Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Cleanroom/ Foreign Material/ Defect Density Senior Engineer (Cleanroom Management) Your Responsibilities Maintain and develop FM system, station monitors and FA fingerprint database Develop and drive FM YIP roadmap with FM area leads Manage and utilize the resources in area from Eng/Prod/Maintenance/Quality/Facility for FM improvement FM related data with ORP linked to QIS to monitor and react the abnormal FM condition in production shop floor Drive and coordinate all FM improvement activities from each area Provide the FM analysis to identify the key area and priorities Improve the FM awareness of shop floor people Daily line walk/Attend plant level2 weekly audit to find FM which impact production Make FM control plan for Clean room construction/new line set up/machine move in/move out etc. , monitor the whole process , highlight if there is any FM risk impact prodcution , set up work group if needed New material FM qualification before used in clean room Work closely with facility for clean room air partcile montior (include regular production montior and special activities air particle montior location define and monitor ) , coordinate related owner to take root cause analysis, containment actions, preventive actions in time Support facility for air particle regular update ICS air particle control limit and make sure the control limit is reasonable Maintain FM related documents Regular reporting to Superior Attend Meetings with Customers, Suppliers and internal members On site support FM related issue on legal holiday if needed Your Profile Degree/ Master in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent At least 5 or more years of related working experience (Cleanroom Management) in Semiconductor, IC- Substrate process or PCB related Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc Good analytical skills with attention to details Good stress management skills Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage) Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred Open minded approach Good team working spirit and leadership skills Good communication and negotiation skills Good team player Our Offer Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation package If you are looking for a new challenging task, please send us your application and your detailed resume.
