Job Description

:Responsible for monitoring airborne particles at selected locations, witness wafers testing, weekly support items condition inspection and maintenance, cleanroom audits and provide support upon request by Cleanroom Manager/Engineer/Technician for Cleanroom related matters.Responsibilities:1. Conducting airborne particle measurements and witness wafer testing at selected locations per defined frequency.
2. Performed Cleanroom audit per defined checklist to identify any abnormalities to be highlighted to the right parties (including non-compliance) and follow up actions to ensure closure.
3. Sent out shiftly report on Cleanroom airborne particles level and cleanroom audit results within same shift.
4. Weekly inspection on support items: Slide transfer/flat finder/wafer lifter/vacuum wand/Soft landing cushion for conditions check and repairs/replacement where needed.
5. Provide support for Qualification of items to be used in Cleanroom upon request.
6. Participate in Cleanroom cleaning/maintenance/improvement projects where assigned/upon request.Qualifications:

• Certificate in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical or equivalent).
• Experience in basic maintenance under manufacturing environment would be added advantage.
• Experience in wafer probing / semiconductor / cleanroom equipment would be added value.
• Good team player, positive & willing to learn attitude.
• Basic verbal & written communication skills (PM Checklist & Shift Pass down).
• PC literate (Microsoft application) Words, Excel and Power Point.
