Job Description

Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assist in basic accounting duties (invoice, payment voucher, petty cash, etc). Support HR functions including staff attendance, leave record, and recruitment & salary documentation. Prepare and maintain accurate records for finance and HR purposes. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for administrative matters. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
Requirement:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge in accounting & HR administration are advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and multitask.
