Job Description

Organize and file documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and receipts. Assist in preparing reports and documents for internal and external use. Communicate with drivers to confirm schedules and track shipments. Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Assist with basic billing, invoicing, and record-keeping tasks. Support general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is an advantage but not mandatory. Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
