Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end order fulfilment from order placement to final installation at the retail or customer site. This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments to achieve timely and accurate deliveries. The key responsibility is to ensure efficient scheduling, communication, and resolution of any delivery or installation issues, ensuring a seamless experience for dealers, customers, and sites.

Job Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Loading Coordination

Ensure goods are properly loaded in the correct manner and quantity. Coordinate and monitor transporter departures from the factory. Maintain and update transporter schedules with progress and completion status.

2. Communication & Issue Resolution

Inform sales consultants and installers of any shortages. Follow up with detailers, purchasers, and production planners to resolve issues. Share updated schedules with relevant parties through appropriate communication channels.

3. Scheduling & Planning

Plan and manage daily job schedules for subcontractors, installers, transporters, and in-house service teams. Schedule job order appointments promptly based on target completion dates. Provide regular updates on the status of touch-up work.
Job Requirements

Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with customers, transporters & installers. Strong in scheduling and co-ordination skills. Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication skills. Able to work under pressure, independently and with the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
