\xe2\x80\xa2 Checking and inspection of Structural, Infra, Architectural and M&E works done by contractors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure contractor comply to construction drawings and specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect Architectural works and ensure the quality and workmanship of finishing works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultants & authorities on all site matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proper records and documentation of all activities on site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report project status / discrepancies and non-compliance to superior and documented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Take immediate action if any problem / emergency happen at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify progress claim with QS Department.
