Supervise and monitor all civil, structural, and architectural interfaces.
Inspect reinforcement works, formworks, concreting, structural frames, and finishing quality.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and QLASSIC/CONQUAS standards.
Identify defects and coordinate rectification works with contractors.
Monitor material deliveries, usage, and workmanship quality on-site.
Liaise with consultants, engineers, and contractors for technical issues and inspection approvals.
Verify site measurements and assist in progress claim verification.
Enforce safety compliance and site housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities - Office Duties
Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies before implementation.
Prepare site reports, photo documentation, and progress charts.
Maintain records of inspection checklists, NCRs, RFI, and as-built drawings.
Assist Project Manager/Engineer in coordination with consultants and contractors.
Attend site coordination and technical meetings.
Support project close-out process, including handover documentation and defect lists.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
At least 3-5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify workmanship issues.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) with basic understanding of project documentation.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
