Act as liaison between consultant and contractor.
Ensure contract/design compliance by the contractor, such as conducting tests specified in contract and installing materials/equipment as specified in contract, and report deficiencies to project manager, consultant and contractor.
Liaise with Consultant for any site issue and obtain Engineer Instruction from consultant for propose solution when and where necessary.
Review requests for progress payments submitted by contractor and liaise with consultant to obtain payment certificate.
