Supervise and monitor construction works at site to ensure all activities comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and verify that workmanship and materials meet required standards.
Report site progress, non-compliance issues, and potential delays to the Project Manager/Engineer.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other parties to resolve site issues promptly.
Prepare daily site reports, photo documentation, and ensure all records are properly maintained.
Assist in verifying work completion for progress claims and variation orders.
Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are followed at site.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar role.
Familiar with building and structural works (experience in [residential/commercial/industrial projects - specify as needed]).
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Able to work independently and monitor multiple site activities.
