1. Identifying potential problems and delay at the site, and report regularly to the supervisors on the progress of works.
2. Filing of all relevant forms, documents, reports, correspondence, and records in accordance to the contract requirement.
3. Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project
4. Supervise and enforce site quality control
5. Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety6. To assist the Area Manager in other daily operation matters.
