Job Description

Assist in coordinating work in accordance with established procedures, timelines, and quality requirements. Coordinate consultants' drawings and highlight any discrepancies. Ensure that the quality of work and workmanship meets the required standards and that materials used strictly comply with specifications. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, construction plans, and procedures. Notify contractors of any works that do not comply with the required quality standards, construction drawings, or specifications. Issue Site Memos and raise concerns to the appointed contractor if works are not carried out as per the contract. Verify daily reports, progress reports, and other relevant documentation, and maintain inspection records and quality control documentation. Inspect construction works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Conduct measurement and quality checks on building materials. Refer to plans and document works through photographs, measurements, and sample collection. Liaise with contractors, engineers, and surveyors to ensure smooth coordination. Ensure all site personnel comply with health and safety regulations. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage) Willing to work at
