We are looking for a dedicated

Clerk of Work / Inspector of Work (CSA / M&E)

to oversee construction quality and ensure works meet contract, safety, and regulatory standards.

Assist in coordinating construction activities to ensure compliance with work procedures, schedules, and quality standards. Review, verify, and coordinate consultants' drawings, highlighting discrepancies or issues for prompt resolution. Monitor on-site activities to guarantee execution aligns with construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Identify defects, non-compliance, or deviations from contract standards; promptly notify contractors and relevant consultants. Issue Site Memos and Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) to contractors when work does not meet contractual or quality requirements. Verify daily progress reports, inspection forms, and quality control documentation to maintain accurate records. Inspect construction work regularly, comparing progress against drawings, specifications, and approved plans. Measure and perform quality checks on building materials to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including photographs, measurements, and samples, for reporting purposes. Liaise and communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, surveyors, and consultants to resolve issues and facilitate smooth workflow. Work independently and perform duties as a competent Clerk of Work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Candidate must have at least a Certificate, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical), Architecture or equivalent Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage) Experience in

high-rise residential projects

is a must Valid

Inspector of Work (IOW) license

is an added advantage Willing to work on-site at

Taman Molek, Johor

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
