Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor, coordinate and supervise daily construction works and adhere to document control procedure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute inspections and to utilize quality control mechanisms as provided for by quality management system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue memo to sub-contractors and sub labour workers for non-compliance of the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings and Specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and prepare site daily report, verify progress report \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to site progress meeting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check construction drawings and specifications and report to Project Manager if any discrepancy \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with sub-contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period.
