Responsibilities

• Responsible for all inspection and supervisory roles over the contractor\xe2\x80\x99s works.
• Proper documentation of all activities on site.
• Ensure contractor complies with construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that the quality of work and workmanship conform to the required standards.
• Witnessing material testing etc.
• Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultants & authorities on all site matters.
• To verify, record and report all site activities in daily report on daily basis to employer and consultant.
• Ensure safety at work and report on any incident occurred on site.
• To issue site memo and NCR for any noncompliance.
• To participate in weekly site meeting.
• To notify the team of any delay on site activities.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture/ Civil & Structure Engineering/ Mechanical & electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in Fastrack industrial building construction.
• Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultant and contractors.
• Ability to monitor construction work programme.
• Prefer candidate for C&S Clerk of work with retaining wall experiences.
• Diligent, motivated, hardworking, trustworthy, and resourceful team member.
• Able to work independently and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
• Prefer candidate who able to start work immediately.
