Job Description
Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications. Measuring and quality checking on building materials. Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them. Inform relevant consultants & company on the issuance of NCR (Non Compliance Report) to contractor if the work done is not compliance to the building contract and specification. Keeping detailed records of work. Referring to plans and taking photographs of work, along with measurements and samples. Liaising with contractors, engineers and surveyors. Ensure safety at work.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage) Willing to work at Taman Molek, Johor
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
