Job Description

:Job Responsibilities

• Undertake data gathering, preparation and analysis for linen and laundry services operations inclusive of linen receiving, processing and transfer.
• Gather accurate daily linen processing data for better linen and laundry services operation with proper tracking and recordkeeping.
• Manage, update and control ISO Documents and file and library.
• Monitor, updates and prepare the status of statutory requirement and Daily Operations report & Monthly Plant Performance Report.
• Involve in the ISO certification activities such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 and 6S implementation.
• Coordinate lean project implementation and execution at KKLP.
• Ensure data update in Asset and Services Information System (ASIS) is undertaken consistently
• Coordinate safety committee meeting and ensure preparedness of Emergency Response Team (ERT) at KKLP.
• Coordinate execution and compliance of safety policies (certifications renewal, BOMBA/DOSH/internal inspection, safety and health committee activities and reporting).

Job Requirements

• Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma specialised in Occupational Safety and Health, Business Administration
• At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in healthcare industry
• OSH Coordinator, AESP Confine Space, Yellow belt in LEAN
• Certified as Internal Auditor for ISO 14001
• Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Initiative, dedicated, willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure.
