Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Support day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
Ensure all transactions are recorded promptly, accurately, and in compliance with accounting procedures.
Perform data entry, filing, document tracking, and basic reconciliation tasks as required.
Assist in preparing simple financial reports and supporting documents for month-end closing.
Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance/Accounts team.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Able to maintain confidentiality and work well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in accounting or treasury-related tasks will be an added advantage.
