JOB SUMMARY :- \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and update day to day customer orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Filling and compiling daily printing reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update production OEE. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare summary report including waiting job, job cancel, changeover, printing capacity, non-printing activities and proofing samples. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update Gas Nomination weekly. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist on day to day printing schedule from customer orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issuance Manufacturing Orders to printing floor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issuance Printing Plate form to CTP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issuance PR for replenish stationary and repair works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update daily admin work including worker annual leave, medical leave, weekly shift and attendance variance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist provide supporting document for workers SOCSO case. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange workers Over Time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and creation of system ERP stock code and bill of materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties assigned by superior. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum SPM qualification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer skills: Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report compilation and writing skills DESIRABLE CRITERIA \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Time management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adaptive & flexibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good multi-task skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive, enthusiastic, and initiative.
