Handle admin and clerical tasks for Product Development, Maintenance, and Modelling departments.
Help prepare and update meeting notes for RFQ (Request for Quotation) and assist the Sales team.
Organize and keep product drawings, data, and test results.
Update and share the Bill of Materials (BOM) with relevant teams.
Create purchase requests for items or services needed by engineers.
Prepare documents for product/sample trials and testing.
Compile and submit monthly KPI reports.
Submit travel claims and overtime (OT) forms to HR.
Track and update staff attendance daily.
2. Maintenance & Modelling Support:
Help manage Maintenance Request Forms (MRF).
Keep records of maintenance spare parts.
Organize mould data and drawings properly.
Track new sample parts and store them safely.
Repeat similar admin tasks: purchase requests, travel claims, OT forms, and attendance updates.
Job Criteria:
At least SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
Can use Microsoft Excel and basic computer programs.
Good communication in Malay (Bahasa Malaysia).
Able to speak English is an advantage.
Working experience in admin or clerical jobs is a plus.
