  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in operating Office software (Word, Excel, PPT).
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in organizing relevant documents, including material purchase and requisition forms, to ensure data accuracy and timely filing.
  • Be responsible for collecting and organizing employees' attendance data, calculating the duration of leave and overtime, and assisting the Human Resources Department in completing the basic work of salary calculation.
  • Be responsible for the printing, copying, binding and distribution of daily documents, as well as managing the application, distribution and inventory registration of office stationery and labor protection supplies.
  • Complete other temporary administrative and production support work assigned by superiors, and cooperate with various departments to do a good job in cross-departmental collaboration.
