Requirements
1. Good communication and expression skills, with basic writing ability.
2. Proficient in commonly used office software and able to use Excel for data processing.
3. Good teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
1. HR-related tasks:
According to company and HR policies, ensure department members understand and implement the latest policies through policy interpretation and communication.
2. Support materials & department document management:
According to actual needs, ensure timely availability of department documents and support materials through daily work, so that department members' daily tasks are not affected.
3. Follow-up on department management matters:
Based on requests from the manager or engineers, follow up on assigned tasks to ensure all planned matters proceed according to schedule.
