POSITION TITLE: Clerk, Recovery & Collection Unit
CONTRACT DURATION: 12 Months (Renewable)
SALARY: RM2,000 to RM2,500
WORK LOCATION: SkyTech Tower 2, MKN Embassy Techzone, Jalan Teknokrat 2, Cyber 4, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 08:30AM - 05:30PM
JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE: To process payment to pensioners / pension reciepents
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Prepare and process payments to pensioners / recipients including documents and information to ensure their accuracy.
- Update and maintain the database and payment records.
- Tracking and monitoring of payment transactions status.
- Perform collection activities to pensioners for overpaid payment.
- Issue letters to pensioners for collection of overpaid payment.
- Maintain accurate records on the collection details
- Monitor and respond to any queries/complaints received from pensioners via CRM system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing of documents, leave records etc
- Perform any other duties and assignments from time to time as required by Superior
- SPM / Diploma in Accounting or Finance are encouraged to apply
- Atleast 1-2 years working experience in related field, will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Candidates that are able to join immediately will also be an added advantage.
