Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
Able to handle general administrative tasks.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Internet savvy
Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
To perform day to day general administrative tasks
Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
Monitor parts order,documents despatch and received
Recording documents flow and filing
Issued quotation, delivery order and invoicing
