1) Perform clerical duties including file/document maintenance tasks.
2) Record, prepare, sort, classify, and file information.
3) Sort, open, and send mail.
4) Photocopy and fax documents.
5) Prepare routine work reports.
6) Answer telephone calls or electronic inquiries and connect to appropriate person.
7) Assist with receptionist.
8) Perform related duties.
