Job Responsibilities:



Travel Request generation and issuance

Company Vehicles management

Equipment Management

Consumable and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Report Compilation and printing

Courier and Logistics arrangements

Payment request and Employee Travel request training Arrangements

Checking Claim and compilation

ISO documentation related

Job Requirements:



Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, STPM and SPM equivalent.

Any - preferable office admin.

Good in communication & Writing both BM & BI

Microsoft (word & Excel) Good with computer and software/system in general

Fresh Graduate or 2 - 3 years of working in related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
