Qualifications



Minimum SPM. Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.

Responsibilities



Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in databases or spreadsheets. Prepare and sort incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with preparing reports, memos, and correspondence as required. Ensure office supplies are stocked and report any shortages or issues. Provide support to other team members as needed and handle special projects assigned by supervisors. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Shall comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by Company or under OSH Act 1994 or any regulation made thereunder.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
