Identifying and determining the personal and professional goals of individual clients and identifying potential challenges.
Developing realistic and effective strategies toward realizing goals.
Providing goal-oriented guidance and steps to success, as well as encouraging active participation.
Facilitating follow-up sessions with sales team and integrating feedback.
Performing progress assessments and utilizing motivation techniques to train the sales team.
Promoting success-enhancing cognitive, psychological, and physical habits and routines.
Regularly reporting on progress made and results obtained.
Pursuing continued professional development and keeping abreast of advancements in the field.
Providing coaching and guidance via video conferencing and face to face sessions by using available resources.
Monitoring and constantly giving support to resellers in order to achieve sales and commission of resellers.
Constantly send greetings, reminders, motivation and positive message to the resellers.
Undertake ownership of the growth and success of the assigned reseller groups.
Regularly provide training on basic Selling, Closing and Customer Service-related matters.
Submit relevant report and statistics to management as required.
Overall to act as an ambassador of the company to guide and nurture the resellers.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, in any field.
Minimum 2 years and above experiences in MLM Sales / Direct Selling / Dropship / or ex \xe2\x80\x93 Insurance agents are welcome to apply.
Required skills: Reporting methods, business development, outdoor sales, marketing, good communication skills and customer servicing.
Candidates fluent in Malay & English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Dungun, Terengganu.
Applicants must have valid car license & possess own car.
