Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Account Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. The Client Account Manager will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure that client objectives are met while maintaining profitability and high-quality work. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in account management or a related field Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Organizational and project management skills Experience in the creative or advertising industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and driving account growth Develop strategic account plans to achieve client goals and enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to establish clear business objectives, KPIs, and timelines. Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring high quality and adherence to briefs. Monitor account metrics and generate reports on account status. Maintain regular communication with clients through face-to-face meetings, video calls, and email updates. Deliver regular reports to clients and agency management on account status, challenges, and opportunities. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics affecting clients\' businesses. (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook - XHS is a bonus) Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance client campaigns and initiatives. Implement feedback and revisions from clients in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining project scope and timelines.
