Responsibilities
Focuses on development and retention the existing clients; recruitment of new and potential ones.
Contributes to the store business through excellent clienteling and reaching KPIs goals (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
Deliver the Valentino Couture Service.
Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.
Skills and experience
Minimum 2 years retail experience preferably in Luxury Retail Industry
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Motivated team player with outgoing personality
Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
Able to work full time in shift hours is preferable
