Job Description
- Working location: TRX (opening in Nov 2023)
- Working hour: Based on roster schedule, 45 hours/week
- Salary range: RM2,200 - 2,800 + commissions
- Preferably someone from mid-luxury fashion
- Prefer FEMALE candidates at the moment (too many male candidates)
- 10 hcs
Expectations on Role and Responsibilities:
- Focuses on development and retention the existing clients; recruitment of new and potential ones.
- Contributes to the store business through excellent clienteling and reaching KPIs goals (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
- Deliver the Valentino Couture Service.
- Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.
- Actively participates to the sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine.
- Has a collaborative mindset.
- Ensures product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor.
- Has excellent communication and story telling skills.
- Is able to sell all categories.
