Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Answer and attract new customers with queries related to credit cards, personal loans, or other bank products. Motivate customers for "Self Help" functions by signing them up for value-added services and digital education. Adapt quickly to customer needs to deliver consultative support with an end-to-end view of the client's journey. Suggest financial solutions about the bank's products and services that match New to Bank/Existing to Bank customer requirements (if applicable). High sales pitch without mis-selling. Consistently accomplish targets in the form of leads/self-closure.

Job Requirements

:

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of call centre experience (cross-sales experience not necessary). Must be comfortable doing sales and talking with clients/customers. Excellent verbal and written communication, including a pleasant, professional, and confident telephone etiquette. Basic computer skills. For fresh graduates, a high preference for those with a Diploma in English Communication or Mass Communication and profiles with strong volunteering activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
