We\'re looking for customer agent to work with a leading International Bank .The customer service agent is responsible for providing value-added service and administrative support through phone in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner for assigned sales divisions or external customers. Locations :

• Bukit Jalil

Your responsibilities :

• Delivering excellent customer service to customer via live chat, email and call.
• Providing accurate information on products and services to customer.
• How you convey will be how our client is perceived by the customers
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s concerns positively and professionally
• Interact, support, receive feedback/issue report with or for customer service
• Address customer inquiries with high-quality responses, aiming to convert them into loyal customers.

Requirements :

• Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
