The Role ResponsibilitiesStrategy To execute and deliver towards the growth of Business Banking in line with Group\xe2\x80\x99s strategies Business
Provide direct support to the Relationship Manager for the assigned client portfolio as follows
Provide proactive support on account maintenance activities like documentation, reporting etc by engaging and collaborating with the client, CDD Operations, Legal and Compliance and relevant operations teams as required to ensure the clients expectations are met or exceeded.
Actively engage and collaborate with Clients, RM and Product Partners to understand and respond to any issues / concerns relating to the ongoing account maintenance including highlighting any unusual utilization patterns to coverage teams.
Ensure the highest level of client service and risk mitigation through proactive client account management support with client on-boarding (liaising with CDD Operations) and flow maintenance.
Ensure high standards of hygiene (including OR, Portfolio management, Credit risk, etc) in the portfolio.
Escalate issues / concerns relating to account maintenance activities for follow up as relevant.
Documentation: Credit (existing Deals - Renewals / Amendments) and Other
Follow through to ensure documentation completion and validate limits are correctly loaded / reflected in TP systems.
Liaise with Legal and Compliance, CDD Operations, IMO, CRC and Clients on standard documentation processes.
Obtain necessary approvals for T&C deviations on standard docs from the relevant authoriser as necessary.
Ensure document deficiencies are minimised and are rectified in a timely manner. (EPDM and Offerings).
Support the RMs on the extractions of CCRIS, CTOS and GNS RT Reports.
Liaise with CDD Operations / GAM / FAM if required on CDD related items.
Comply with CPBB and BNM Policies.
Account Management and Portfolio Quality
Ensure general portfolio hygiene of client data from a quality control perspective i.e. correct client tagging, segment classification etc in SCI, WorkBench.
Manage any client related data queries and remediation efforts, including first level escalations on account maintenance activities.
Attend EAR/ASTAR Review meetings as appropriate and participate in relevant business meetings, forums or committees as required.
Support RM to seek transactional approvals as necessary (ie cash, FX) to ensure faster TAT on trade transactions.
Provide support on other projects as assigned under the business initiatives.
Support Network Delivery through documentation facilitation (passporting).
Support RM on Cash Management and Audit Confirmations.
Processes
Co-ordinate with Operations / GBS to rectify any operations related issues which can be resolved locally and issue Standard Instruction Form (SIFs) wherever required within authority.
Ensure adherence to all internal / regulatory policies and regulations.

Our Ideal Candidate
Candidate should have a Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any relevant background.
2 years related working experience. (Commercial Banking / Business Banking / Trade Operations, etc)
Experience in client fronting and relationship management is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent and self-motivated.
