Proactively reach out to dormant clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to rebuild relationships and encourage account reactivation.
Initiate timely follow-ups with new leads, ensuring they receive guidance on account setup, platform navigation, and available tools.
Understand client needs and recommend relevant TradingPRO features to improve their trading experience.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Support teams to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and account issues.
Keep detailed records of interactions, feedback, and status updates in our CRM system.
Share client insights and common objections with the broader team to help improve onboarding and retention strategies.
