Roles & Responsibilities:
Initiate calls to potential customers using a prepared communication guide.
Share product or service information and extend invitations as directed.
Respond to customer questions and handle objections in a polite and confident manner.
Record call outcomes accurately and ensure all customer details are up to date.
Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the workday.
What we're looking for:
SPM holders, housewives, retirees, and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
Experience in customer communication or phone-based roles is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and confident tone.
Able to stay motivated, handle rejection, and remain goal-focused.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn.
Proficient in both English and Malay.
Work Environment & Benefits:
Working hours: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM - 2 PM).
Off on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Office location: Ipoh, Perak.
