This is a full-time

office-based position

at our Ipoh, Perak branch. You'll be part of our

Customer Engagement Team

, where you'll connect with potential customers by phone to share information about our promotions and invite them to upcoming sessions. The role requires confidence, persistence, and the ability to communicate professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Initiate calls to potential customers using a prepared communication guide. Share product or service information and extend invitations as directed. Respond to customer questions and handle objections in a polite and confident manner. Record call outcomes accurately and ensure all customer details are up to date. Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the workday.

What we're looking for:

SPM holders, housewives, retirees, and school leavers are encouraged to apply. Experience in customer communication or phone-based roles is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and confident tone. Able to stay motivated, handle rejection, and remain goal-focused. Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn. Proficient in both English and Malay.

Work Environment & Benefits:

Working hours: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM - 2 PM). Off on Sundays and Public Holidays. Office location: Ipoh, Perak. Training and coaching provided. Career growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
