The Role As a Client Executive within the Client Management team, you will be one of the key day-to-day drivers of the value we deliver, bringing together our creative, technical, and strategic departments for our clients. From project to stakeholder management (internal and external) across both digital and social media campaigns, this role requires you to have both a strategic and operational mindset. You should possess 6-months to 1 year of experience in the industry, and have a good grasp of how advertising plays in the overall communication mix. Key Responsibilities Serve as a key contact point for day-to-day client communications. Social media content ideation, content creation, copywriting, content calendar planning, scheduling & community management. Regular monthly and quarterly reporting for both social media and digital accounts. Collaborate with Strategy, Media and Creative teams for pitches and ongoing work. Create and manage client and project documentation such as creative briefs, meeting minutes, status reports, and other supporting materials. Participate in brainstorms and create workable programs for new business and existing clients. Project, timeline planing and management to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner. Establish professional relationships with colleagues in other offices. Requirements & Key Qualities We Look For Minimum 6-months to 1 year of experience in Client Management or relevant roles Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business, Arts, Psychology, or other relevant fields Excellent written and verbal skills in English Basic Photography & Editing Skills Well-versed in all Social Platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, X (Twitter), Threads Team player - responsible, accountable, proactive and with a can-do attitude.
