Job Description

As a Client Executive, you are responsible to implement PR activities on a day to day basis to support account management. As a curious person and fast learner, you learn about our clientsxe2x80x99 industries quickly, and keep up with trends and current events to advise.ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementDay-to-day management of account, including WIP meetings, according to agreed programme and scope of workFully familiarise oneself with clientsxe2x80x99 business and related industry, client contacts, and clientsxe2x80x99 internal communication processesPrepare client monthly activity reports detailing all activities carried out for the monthEnsure all materials and reports submitted to clients are timely, accurate, error-free and approved by account lead (account consultant or director)Brief and manage third parties e.g. designers, photographers, event companies and vendorsAssist on event research and planning, logistics co-ordinationManage and oversee client events and functionsServe as account lead, manage client contact and correspondenceAssist on budget and costing researchManage media monitoring and compile media clippingsConduct media pitchingBuild and cultivate relationships with the media and influencersClient Management & Strategy CounselSupport research on client business and industry (e.g. competitor analysis, industry issues and trends)Assist in media training of clientsUnderstand the media landscape (e.g. knowing top media titles / journalists relevant to clients)Content DevelopmentResearch and assist in development of content (e.g. press releases, FAQs, media briefing materials, client briefing books, presentation decks, social / digital content, speeches / talking points, message house, editorial calendar)Adapt and customise content for different audience and formatsCreate hooks and create media / audience appeal (e.g. strong pitch, headline, caption)Use narrative and composition skills to tell a story

• University degree with an internship or 1 year relevant experience in communications / marketing
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• You are familiar with the most popular traditional and Social Media channels and reach target audiences effectively for our clients.
• Any additional skills, like Photoshop, as well as photography and videography, Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Insights, are highly welcomed as well.
