• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in English or equivalent.

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Preferable language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Committed and strong sense of urgency toward deadlines
• Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, multi-task and take proactive action to resolved assigned tasks.
• Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be advantage

• Responsible for performing CE duties assigned from time to time.
• Manage the learning of enrolled students within a set period of time.
• Engage with the students closely for their attendance/absence, their submissions and their overall status.
• Provide the students with sufficient information for them to attend the class sessions.
• Give reminders for each session and encourage the students to join sessions
• Track student attendance and submissions.
• Assist the students on how to attend online classes and accessing their online accounts for learning materials.
• Ensure that CE\'s daily tasks run smoothly as per the daily schedule.
• Prepare and update the monthly CE report on a daily basis.
• Carry out the tasks of the monthly iFikir event together with other teams.
• Assist Marketing Team in carrying out the daily tasks such as organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media) exhibitions and promotional events.
• Other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by the Management.
