We are looking for a

Client Growth Associate

who will be the friendly, reliable voice of Pro Chem. Your mission is to nurture our client relationships through consistent follow-up and genuine care, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, building strong, lasting partnerships through regular check-ins and proactive support. Implement a disciplined follow-up system via phone, email, and in-person visits to understand client needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify new opportunities. Work closely with our technical team to address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly, acting as your client's dedicated advocate. Listen intently to clients to uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling other Pro Chem products and services that add value to their business. Manage the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on client retention and slowly, steadily growing your account portfolio through exceptional service.

You'll shine in this role if you have:

A natural passion for dealing with people and a genuine interest in helping them. Excellent communication and listening skills, you hear what customers reallyneed. Resilience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. The discipline to manage your own schedule and follow-up tasks. A driver's license and willingness to visit clients locally
