Job Description


The main focus of the Client Manager will be to manage clients for the company and co-ordinate with all the relevant internal stakeholders. The Client Services Manager will be expected to drive the interactions with multiple teams by answering requests.

  • Ensure customer support shifts are adequately covered.
  • Drive and maintain standards in customer responses and turnaround times to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee internal training to drive and maintain standards.
  • Liaising with the Sales team to identify new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Train clients on the internal system.
