Job Description


Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join their leadership training company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on selling the leadership training programs and services to organizations looking to develop their employees\' leadership skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the corporate training industry, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the corporate training industry, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential business clients through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultative sales discussions with prospective clients to understand their leadership development requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate our leadership training programs and services to decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that articulate the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with the internal team, including trainers, program coordinators, and customer success managers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of our leadership training programs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
  • Candidates from insurance, medical sales, and education background is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate training, leadership development, or related industries.
  • Min 2 years of experience in B2B outdoor sales
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
