Inform retail staff of client arrivals or appointment changes and connect customers to the assigned SA.
Maintain accurate CRM data for all new clients and daily boutique traffic reports.
Support administrative tasks such as updating calendars, assisting with roster planning, and tracking email distribution.
Ensure the boutique reception and welcome area remain presentable, and monitor inventory of welcome materials and beverages.
