Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Manage daily front office operations and support administrative needs.
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
Fluent in spoken and written English;
additional languages are an advantage.
Presentable, professional appearance with a pleasant personality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and
Google Workspace
(Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
Prior experience in front office or customer service roles is an advantage.
