Job Description



Contact students or potential customers through WhatsApp, calls, or email. Arrange appointments for students or potential customers to meet with HODs (Heads of Department). Follow up after meetings and keep good communication with customers. Update simple reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (Excel/Google Sheets). Help prepare basic slides or documents for meetings. Support company events and assist with on-site coordination. Attend external events or meetings together with HODs when needed. (Optional) Do light research before meetings.

Requirements



Friendly and confident in talking to people. Organized and able to do follow-ups + admin tasks. Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp). Able to work weekends (off-days on weekdays). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Bonus point: Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
