Key Responsibilities



Manage and handle all front desk matters. Greeting visitors, register and update client's status into company system. Maintain client data accurately and consistently. Appointment booking. Managing patient check in & out. Coordinate and maximize the number of appointments, optimizing the appointment with the veterinarians. Cashiering on payment transactions and issuance of invoices. Ensure all services and products are invoiced, and payment is made accordingly. Handling queries via phone and general correspondence. Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail, parcel & receiving of goods. Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers. Managing office room keys and telecommunications systems. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area. Any other related ad-hoc duties as and when required. Comfortable working with animals around and pet-friendly person

Requirements



Candidates must possess a Diploma or have at least 1-2 years of experience in related roles. A team player, flexible and willing to take up challenges. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Computer literate. Friendly and able to communicate well.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
